This Payment Policy applies to all purchases made through dashabarsukova.com and dashabarsukova.com.au, operated by Dasha Barsukova (ABN 22 594 102 260). By making a purchase, you agree to the terms below.
All payments are processed securely through Kajabi and/or Stripe. We do not store your payment card information.
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Currency conversion is handled by your bank or payment provider. All prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
All sales are final and non-refundable. Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of our products — including courses, recordings, meditations, and downloadable materials — we do not offer refunds once access has been granted or a session has taken place.

Nothing in this policy excludes any rights or guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Where a major failure occurs in the delivery of a service, you may be entitled to a remedy under the ACL. Minor failures will be remedied by re-supply or correction.
If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital products, provided you have not yet accessed the content. By accessing digital content before the 14-day period expires, you acknowledge that you waive this right.
Where a payment plan is offered, you agree to complete all scheduled payments regardless of whether you complete the program. Missing a payment may result in suspension of access until the account is brought current. Payment plans do not change the no-refund policy.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue is considered a breach of this agreement. We reserve the right to pursue recovery of funds and associated fees in the event of a fraudulent or unjustified chargeback.
Subscription-based services renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not issued for unused portions of a subscription.
If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please contact us within 30 days of the charge appearing on your statement. We will investigate and correct any verified errors promptly.
