Dasha Barsukova (ABN 22 594 102 260) offers coaching, courses, digital products, group programs, and live events. The nature, format, and content of services may change at our discretion. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service with reasonable notice.
All content on this website — including text, audio, video, course materials, frameworks, and methodologies — is the intellectual property of Dasha Barsukova. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, sell, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission.
Any ideas, materials, or content you share during a coaching relationship or program remain your own; however, Dasha Barsukova retains the right to use anonymised, non-identifying insights for educational purposes.
Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use purchased materials for your own personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share login credentials, distribute materials, or allow others to access your purchased content.
In group programs and live sessions, all participants are expected to maintain confidentiality. What is shared in the room stays in the room. Breaching the confidentiality of other participants may result in immediate removal from the program without refund.
You agree not to: harass, threaten, or demean other users or participants; impersonate any person or entity; interfere with the operation of the website or programs; scrape, copy, or extract content without consent; use the website for any unlawful purpose; or share purchased materials with any third party.
All sales are final. Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of our products and programs, we do not offer refunds once access has been granted. Please read all product descriptions carefully before purchasing. Exceptions may apply under the Australian Consumer Law where a major failure occurs.
Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from participating in any coaching, course, or program. Results vary based on individual circumstances and effort.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dasha Barsukova shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or participation in any program. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable legislation that cannot be excluded.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
