You always knew there was more.
Maybe you felt it as a child.
The world seemed alive with mystery. You followed your curiosity. You wanted things without needing to explain why. You imagined possibilities before you knew what "realistic" meant.
Then you learned what was acceptable.
Which feelings were too much. Which desires were inappropriate. Which parts of you received approval — and which were better kept quiet.
You learned to fit in, get on with it, and do what you were supposed to do.
And still, some quiet part of you keeps asking:
Is there more to life than this?
Maybe your life looks good, but you struggle to feel connected to it.
Maybe you're standing at a crossroads, realizing that what you've been pursuing no longer feels like yours.
Maybe you feel the pull toward a more mystical, magical life — and want somewhere to begin.
That curiosity has a place here.
Begin with the parts of yourself you learned to hide.
The desires you were taught to judge.
The feelings you learned to swallow.
The voice you softened to belong.
The pleasure you felt guilty receiving.
The intuitive nudges you learned to dismiss.
Over time, you may have become so accustomed to setting these parts aside that it's difficult to hear what you want — or recognize what feels meaningful to you.
You say yes when you want to say no.
You look for permission before trusting your own choices.
You imagine doing something differently, then talk yourself out of it.
You want deeper connection, but hesitate to let yourself be fully seen.
The Unspoken invites you to meet yourself in those moments.
To become curious about what you've hidden, what you've inherited, and what you're ready to choose for yourself.
What if coming back to your purpose begins with coming back to yourself?
To what moves you. To what you value. To the things you long to create, express, experience, and share.
When so much of your attention goes toward being who you're expected to be, your own desires can become difficult to hear.
Inside The Unspoken, we make room to listen.
We explore the beliefs and patterns influencing your choices. We bring compassion to the parts you judge. We practice noticing what feels meaningful, communicating what we need, and making space for what we love.
Your purpose can take shape through those choices. In the relationships you nurture. The work you create. The way you express yourself. The life you choose to participate in.
Welcome to The Unspoken.
Shkoda Mystery School is here for those who want to explore life in its totality: the depth, the pleasure, the mystery, the creation, and the possibilities they haven't yet imagined.
For the ones who want to make the impossible possible — and feel fully alive along the way.
The Unspoken is where we begin.
This self-paced experience introduces the foundational practices at the heart of the school.
Through recorded teachings, guided meditations, reflection, ritual, breath, sound, and movement, you'll explore your relationship with yourself and bring what you discover into everyday life.
You'll be invited to question familiar stories, meet your shadow, listen to your body, and reconnect with your own sense of direction.
These are foundations you can return to as your life changes and your exploration deepens.
Your shadow includes parts of yourself you tend to hide, reject, or find difficult to acknowledge.
That might be anger, jealousy, fear, or a desire you feel ashamed of.
It might also be your confidence. Your sensuality. Your ambition. Your playfulness. The part of you that wants to be seen.
Inside The Unspoken, you'll explore how these hidden parts can influence your choices and relationships. You'll practice noticing your reactions, questioning the stories beneath them, and meeting yourself with greater honesty and compassion.
There can be something deeply freeing about finally acknowledging:
This is what I feel. This is what I want. This is a part of me I'm ready to understand.
The wonder of being present enough to notice something beautiful.
The quiet intuition that asks you to pay attention.
The ritual that helps you begin your day with intention.
The pleasure of expressing yourself without rehearsing how you'll be received.
The meaningful coincidence that leaves you smiling.
At Shkoda, we make room for spiritual exploration, mystery, and the experiences that make life feel extraordinary.
Inside The Unspoken, that exploration lives alongside everyday practice: a boundary, a conversation, a moment outdoors, a choice to listen to yourself.
You're invited to discover what magic means in your own experience.

The journey inside
Begin with the relationship that accompanies you everywhere: the one you have with yourself.
Explore how self-worth has influenced your choices in work, relationships, and life. Notice where you seek approval, hold yourself to impossible expectations, or make your needs the last priority.
Build a foundation of self-acceptance and compassion so that you can begin choosing yourself with greater confidence — whether that means communicating a boundary, asking for what you need, or taking a step toward the giant, seemingly impossible dream you keep talking yourself out of.
Imagine making a decision and giving your own desires a place in it.
Explore the relationships around you — and who you become within them.
Discover how relationships can act as mirrors, bringing your expectations, sensitivities, desires, and familiar patterns into view. Reflect on the connections that nourish you and the support you want to cultivate.
Develop greater awareness of your reactions so that when someone you care about triggers you, you have somewhere to begin: noticing what you feel, getting curious about what's underneath, and choosing how to communicate.
Imagine being able to say, "That hurt, and I want to talk about it," rather than swallowing it or reacting before you understand what you need.
Bring your attention into your body through breath, sound, and movement.
Explore the feminine and masculine within you, the ways you've learned to hold yourself back, and what happens when you give expression more room.
Practice feeling and moving what you experience as energy and emotion so that you have ways to respond when words and thinking alone don't feel like enough.
That might mean noticing your clenched jaw, allowing a sound, moving your shoulders, or taking a moment to breathe and feel. Discover what helps you feel more present, expressive, and at home in your body.
Explore your relationship with intuition, spiritual connection, surrender, and trust.
Practice noticing the quieter signals beneath other people's expectations: a nudge, an image, a feeling, a possibility that keeps returning.
Make space for the intuitive capacities that can feel almost superhuman so that you have another dimension of awareness to bring to this human experience.
Imagine giving an inner nudge your attention, exploring what it might mean, and considering it alongside what you know — rather than immediately dismissing it or handing your choice to someone else.
Bring curiosity to the beliefs, feelings, desires, and parts of yourself you tend to suppress.
Explore how shame, guilt, fear, and familiar stories may influence your reactions or keep you from pursuing what you want.
Begin bringing these patterns into awareness so that they become easier to recognize and you have more choice in how you respond.
Meet the parts you've shamed or rejected with compassion. Give yourself room to acknowledge the pain around them.
Imagine catching yourself about to hide, please, or pull away — and pausing long enough to ask, "What am I afraid of here? What do I want to choose?"
— Integration —
Take time to reflect before moving forward.
Notice what has stayed with you. Revisit a practice. Write about something you're beginning to understand.
Give the work room to settle so that your insights can find their way into an actual conversation, decision, or moment of care for yourself.
Explore morning rituals, gratitude, intention, and manifestation practices.
I'll share practices from my own life and invite you to discover what feels meaningful and supportive in yours.
Give your intentions a regular place in your day so that you can return to what you want to nurture, even when life gets busy.
Imagine beginning your morning with a moment of connection before reaching for your phone. Naming what matters. Noticing what you appreciate. Choosing an action that brings your intention into your life.
Let everyday ritual become a place to cultivate wonder, attention, and possibility.
Make space for the questions beneath your everyday choices.
What matters to you? What are you drawn toward? Which desires keep returning? What feels meaningful now?
Explore your relationship with purpose so that you can begin making choices that reflect what you care about and give your desires somewhere to grow.
Imagine recognizing a project you want to create, a conversation you want to begin, or a direction you want to explore — and allowing yourself to take the first step before you have the whole path mapped out.
Reconnect with the living world around you.
Explore ways to bring nature into your daily experience, including when life is busy or you live in a city.
Cultivate that connection so that you have simple ways to pause, widen your attention, and remember your place within something larger.
The sky above your street. A tree you pass every morning. The feeling of air on your skin. Practice making space to notice what you might otherwise walk straight past.
Explore your relationship with choice.
Notice where you assume, agree automatically, or overlook your own preferences. Deepen your understanding of asking, listening, and communicating clearly.
Practice recognizing your yes and your no so that your time, energy, and relationships can better reflect what you actually want and have capacity for.
Imagine saying, "Let me think about that," before committing. Asking someone what they want instead of guessing. Expressing a limit while staying open to connection.
Give yourself and others more room for an honest answer.
Explore what gives you pleasure and the beliefs you carry around receiving it.
Bring curiosity to sexuality, self-pleasure, eros, and the shame or expectations that may shape your relationship with desire.
Make space to understand what feels enlivening so that pleasure can become a more conscious part of how you care for yourself, express yourself, and experience your life.
Imagine noticing what you enjoy, communicating a preference, or allowing yourself to stay with a pleasurable moment without immediately moving on to the next task.
Explore what it means to give your enjoyment a place.
At the end of the journey, reflect on what you want to carry forward.
A practice you return to.
A boundary you communicate.
A part of yourself you meet with more kindness.
A desire you're ready to act on.
So that what you discover here has a life beyond the screen — in how you choose, connect, create, and come back to yourself.
Your initiation, at your own pace.
Create space for the work in a way that fits your life. Watch the teachings when you can give them your attention. Pause when you want to reflect. Return to an idea or practice that speaks to you. There is value in giving yourself time to experience what you're learning.

These reflections come from earlier group editions of The Unspoken. The current offer is self-paced, and each person's experience will be different.
Hi, I'm Dasha.
I'm fascinated by what becomes possible when we give ourselves permission to explore who we are and what we truly want.
My own journey has taken me through self-doubt, scarcity, and the feeling of doing the "right things" while remaining disconnected from myself.
I carried beliefs that self-love was selfish, money was evil, and perfection was how I could belong.
I began questioning those stories.
I explored the taboos, shadows, and parts of myself I had suppressed. I became curious about intuition, ritual, embodiment, and the desires I had been afraid to acknowledge.
That exploration changed how I approached my work, my relationships, and my life.
It became the foundation of The Unspoken.
I bring warmth, intuitive guidance, spiritual curiosity, and a little playful mischief to this work.
I believe in making room for the fullness of being human — the tender parts, the messy parts, the sensual parts, and the parts that still believe something extraordinary is possible.
My invitation is to meet yourself more honestly and discover what you want to create from there.
The Unspoken may be for you if:
You feel there is more to life and want space to explore what that means.
You want a stronger foundation in self-love, boundaries, intuition, and embodiment.
You're curious about the parts of yourself you've hidden or judged.
You want to reconnect with your desires and sense of purpose.
You're open to spiritual language, ritual, and experiential practices.
You're willing to give the teachings your attention and bring them into everyday life.
You might be beginning your exploration. You might have years of personal development behind you and want to revisit the foundations with fresh attention.
Come with your curiosity, your questions, and your willingness to meet yourself.
There is room for your individuality here. Shkoda welcomes people across genders, sexualities, races, backgrounds, and bodies.

Questions before you begin
What is Shkoda Mystery School?
Shkoda Mystery School is a space for exploring a more connected, expressive, and magical life. We explore intuition, embodiment, shadow, ritual, pleasure, and purpose as part of living life in its totality. The Unspoken is the school's first initiation: an introduction to the foundational practices that support that exploration.
Do I need experience with spirituality or shadow work?
You can begin here as a newcomer. The journey introduces foundational themes and invites you to explore them through your own experience. Bring curiosity and a willingness to reflect. You don't need to have all the language — or all the answers — before starting.
What if I've already done a lot of personal development?
Consider whether you want to revisit these foundations and give them more attention in your daily life. You may recognize some of the concepts. The invitation is to explore how you relate to them now and what practicing them reveals. Review the curriculum to see whether it matches what you're looking for.
Will this help me find my purpose?
The journey invites you to explore your desires, beliefs, values, and the parts of yourself you may have overlooked. That exploration can support a clearer relationship with what feels meaningful and how you want to live. Your understanding of purpose may emerge gradually and continue to evolve.
How is the course delivered?

Does the course include sexual content?
Yes. The pleasure and eros module explores sexuality, self-pleasure, desire, and related beliefs.
Is this therapy?
The Unspoken is a spiritual and personal development experience. It does not provide psychotherapy or medical treatment.
Can I use a payment plan?

A desire you keep explaining away.
A truth you've struggled to say.
A part of yourself you miss.
A possibility you're ready to explore.
You can begin with that.
You don't need a complete vision of your future to take a meaningful step toward it.
Give yourself space to listen. To meet what has gone unspoken. To discover what matters and practice living closer to it.
A more connected, expressive, and magical life begins with making room for you.
